Entry Forms are available from Calmore Community Centre or use the Form on this leaflet. Its 30p per Entry and entries must be in by Friday 19th July. Payments to made when collecting Class cards Saturday morning Hall Open @ 8.30am 20 July 2002 for Setting up Entries. 30p per Entry, Entries should be submitted by Friday 19th July 2002 , but late entries (up to 9.45 a.m.) On the morning may be accepted at the discretion of the Committee. Exhibitors must apply for class cards on arrival in order to Stage exhibits. Payments should be made when collecting Class Cards
